WHAT IS FIT$?
FIT$ BY MEDU$$A THE PRODUCER is an independent clothing brand focused on original designs, statement pieces, and clothing made for people who aren't trying to look like everybody else.
ARE FIT$ ITEMS MADE TO ORDER?
Many FIT$ products are made to order. Production begins after your order is placed, helping us offer original pieces without mass-producing unnecessary inventory.
HOW LONG DOES MY ORDER TAKE?
Most made-to-order products require approximately 1–6 business days for production before shipping.
Shipping time is separate from production time and varies depending on the product, destination, fulfillment location, and shipping method.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE TO ORDER?
Check the size information on the product page before ordering. Sizing can vary between different garments and styles, so don't assume the same size will fit exactly the same across every FIT$ product.
Because products are made to order, selecting the wrong size generally does not qualify for a free replacement or refund.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER I PLACE IT?
Contact us as soon as possible.
Production can begin quickly, so changes are not guaranteed once an order has been submitted. Once production begins, we may be unable to change the size, color, product, shipping information, or other order details.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Contact us immediately if you need to cancel.
If production has not started, cancellation may still be possible. Once production begins, cancellation or a full refund may no longer be available.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE SOMETHING?
Because many FIT$ products are made specifically for your order, we generally do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges, including ordering the wrong size or color.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrectly produced, contact us promptly so we can investigate.

WHAT IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED OR WRONG?
Contact us as soon as possible and include your order number, description of the problem, and clear photos or video showing the issue.
We recommend reporting manufacturing or fulfillment problems within 7 days of delivery.
WILL I RECEIVE TRACKING?
When tracking is available, you'll receive tracking information after your order ships.
Keep in mind that tracking systems can take some time to update after a shipping label is created.
WHY DID I RECEIVE ONLY PART OF MY ORDER?
Don't panic. Items from the same order can sometimes be produced or shipped from different fulfillment locations, which means your order may arrive in multiple packages.
Check your shipping and tracking information for additional packages.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
FIT$ can ship to many international destinations. Available shipping options and delivery times depend on the destination and product.
International orders may also be affected by customs processing, local carriers, and other circumstances outside our control.
ARE COLORS EXACTLY THE SAME AS THEY LOOK ONLINE?
We work to represent our products as accurately as possible. However, colors can appear slightly different depending on your phone, computer, display settings, lighting, fabric, and printing process.
HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY FIT$?
Always follow the care instructions provided with your garment. Proper washing and drying helps protect the fabric, print, embroidery, and overall appearance of your FIT$.
WHAT IF I ENTERED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS?
Contact us immediately.
If your order has not entered production or shipment processing, we may be able to help. However, address changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has begun.
Customers are responsible for checking their shipping information before submitting an order.
